Innovation
From the very beginning, ASEGEMA was attentive to the process of introduction of new technologies, both in society and in economy. With the intention to respond to the repercussion that they would have in the companies, in 1991, we played an important role in the creation of the Business Technological Centre of Mataró and Maresme, CETEMMSA.
Thanks to the close collaboration that has taken place between the two enterprises since then, the companies have been able to take advantage of the possibility to participate in outstanding projects of research, development and innovation with national and international projection.
In this same field, ASEGEMA participated in the creation of CETEX, the Textile Innovation Center, which is an initiative of the CETEMMSA Foundation addressed to offer permanent service for the technological innovation in the companies of the textile sector.
CETEX has a platform at the disposal of the textile companies, where the latest technological innovations in the sector can be known, and information, advice and wide training in all key fields of the sector are supplied by a team of qualified technicians.
Environment
For some years now, the subject of environment has become a relevant question for the companies to take into consideration. Respect to environment requires the observance of a great deal of compulsory rules on the part of the companies, especially the finishing group in the textile sector. An information and advising service is supplied directly by the Association and through the organisations to which it is inscribed, in terms of industrial waste, atmospheric pollution, sewage, containers and packing, etc. And, at the same time, information is given about the normative projects in the process of elaboration. |
